The person who places/submits an order will hereinafter be known as the “Customer”
Terms and conditions of service and website use will hereinafter be referred to as “Terms”

Company has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and that all products have been fairly described. All prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will accurately reflect the color of the product on delivery. Product descriptions can be changed by Company at any time. The company is engaged that the customer will receive the product that corresponds in the description that existed the moment of purchase.
PRICES
Prices are subject to change from time to time without notice, however any orders placed at a particular time will be governed by the prices listed on the Company site at the time of the placing of the order. Prices do not include postage and packing, which is calculated during the ordering process and added to the order. Prices displayed are in € Euro currency unit. Our prices include VAT on the product categories where it does apply. Promotions or sales will be clearly indicated on the site. The above prices and offers do not apply to the wholesale customers.
All products indicated with the “special price” tag can not have extra discounts.
ORDER PROCESS
An order is considered valid only when the customer receives a confirmation e-mail from the company. The confirmation e-mail will be sent only if there is no financial suspense.
An order is deemed complete if the whole amount is paid, if all relevant information requested throughout the order process has been entered correctly and the terms and conditions agreed.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING COST INFORMATION

All products can be sent all over Europe
You can request a delivery address which is different from your personal address by selecting it during the purchase channel, provided that it remains within the delivery zones as stated above.
Shipping Time
Company provides standard terms of delivery. All orders placed before 12 am will be processed and dispatched to our carrier the same day. Deliveries will be handled by third parties, and thus Company's ability to guarantee delivery dates is restricted
Shipping with ELTA Hellenic Post Office (www.elta.gr) to all EU countries, usually in 5-8 working days.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
Company accepts returns up to 14 days from the delivery date. All items must be returned with any authenticity hangtags, protection bags and original packaging.
Damaged products will not be accepted.
Return policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it within 14 days counting from the day following delivery, providing it has not been worn or used and is in its original packaging. Please follow the process below:
If you are near the company's headquarters.
In that case the customer can visit the company’s headquarters in 10th klm National Road Thessaloniki-Poligiros , Thermi Thessaloniki and, after the product has been examined from the responsible employee, then he/she will guide you for further actions.
If you receive via courier service
In that case, the customer must pack the product in a larger box in order to avoid damages during the delivery process.
The customer must include a document that indicates the way he/she desires to solve any financial suspense, since the product has been approved for return.
The customer must send the package back, using the same courier company, to the Return Department. Please note that the return expenses are paid by the Customer as well as the primal expenses will not be returned to the customer.
The company will like to make clear that in case that the returned item does not meet the RETURN & REFUND POLICY, mentioned above, then the product will be returned to the customer and the customer will pay the postal charges.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is required at point of sale. Orders will not be accepted until payment has been authorized by your bank. All on-line transactions are processed using a secure server. We accept the following methods of payment:
